How Jellycats orders are prepared and delivered across supported regions.
Order destinations
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, and Australia. Product prices are localized for browsing, and Whop confirms the final payment currency and total before payment.
Delivery estimate
Standard Shipping (4-8 Days) applies to supported destinations. Tracking is sent to the checkout email when available.
Availability
Items currently shown in the store are offered as in-stock products. Availability labels are informational and your paid order and receipt are the final record of what was accepted.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Check the address and email carefully before submitting payment.
Split shipments
Mixed carts may arrive in more than one package when items ship from different fulfillment locations. Keep your order reference for every shipment.
